So it was unfortunately something I forgot to test before leaving the dealer and they’ve given us a hard time on even looking for the issue. I have no service lights on, all door and windows closed and have followed proper procedures on using the function. Tried relearning the remote, toggling remote start off and on. When I hold the button, the lights flash and I hear a clicking sound from under the hood. Have had no issues with the car other than oil pressure being low and an oil change fixed that. Any ideas? I only have one remote, however the dealership said they tried another remote and nothing. Thanks!
