1500 5.7 trans issue

1500 5.7 trans issue
Trans shifted hard from first into 2nd and 3rd into overdrive transmission now starts in 2nd gear and only shift into 3rd gear I have no first gear or overdrive wondering if there's anything else I can do other than rebuild I was wondering if maybe a sylinoid issue
