16 Chevy Cruze Stereo issues

My 2016 keeps freezing with my Bluetooth. I’ve reset everything I can. I’ve tried to go Bluetooth only and I’ve tried hard USB line. It’s random... I can’t find a constant. Help! I have a video clip but it won’t let me upload.
