Default 1964 Chevy C10

Just picked up a 64 C10 that has been sitting in a warehouse for 10 years.. Back wheels won't move. Master cylinder completely dry. Shifter has been moved from column to floor (3 speed) not sure it brakes are seized or if it is stuck in gear. Any suggestions on where to start looking to address wheel problem?

You will need a new master cylinder and brakes on all 4 wheels including shoes and wheel cylinders. Flush the brakes lines before connecting the new parts. Also replace the 3 brake hoses. Have fun with your project.
