1976 K20 winch problems.

1976 K20 winch problems.
Hope everyone had a safe holidays! I put a 12K pound winch on my 1976 K20 bonanza with a 55A alternator. The problem Is the winch drains my battery damn near dead within 2 minutes(65A draw no load 380A draw at 12K load) . So I want to put dual 1000CCa batteries with a 105 A alternator. I did read V belts have there limitations but I see 250A alts for sale so if anyone has had experience with this kinda be curious on what actually works!
