Sorry guys im a noob on here and not a mechanic by any means but I am a pretty handy guy. I have this incredible 1986 GMC 4x4 quigley vandura w a 350. I am about to drive across country on a camping trip and I just pulled the engine cover and noticed the left side of it (if your in the van) is making a ticking noise and the right is not. Im a little worried this could become big trouble on a 5000 mile trip. I would love to post a vid and pic if it is possible. Sorry if i am breaking rules like I said im a noob. thanks in advance guys.
