Default 1988 IROC 305 Fan Issue
2nd fan is not coming on as car gets hotter. I swapped the relays and connectors and BOTH fans do work, but 2nd speed fan does not. Any culprits?

not sure, but not where its supposed to be. Chevy dealer said could be ECM
