SO I GOT A 1990 C1500, HERE IS MY PROB MAYBE SOME ONE CAN HELP ME.

WHEN LIGHTS ARE ON THE LOWER LIGHTS(RUNNING LIGHTS AND TURN SIGNAL) THE RUNNING LIGHT IS BRIGHT AND FLASHES AND THE TURN SIGNAL LIGHT IS ON BUT VERY DIM. AND WHEN YOU USE THE SIGNALS THEY FLASH VERY FAST. BUT WHEN I USE HAZARDS THEY BLINK VERY SLOW. ALL TURN SIGNAL BULBS ARE GOOD. AND I AM USING A DUAL FILAMENT BULB.

I THOUGHT THE INSIDE RUNNING LIGHT IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BLINK. PLEASE HELP. THANK YOU
