Default 1991 Block in 1996 Impala SS

I am selling a 1991 cast code SBC 383 Stroker and I have a guy interested who wants to put this in his 96 Impala SS that has a 5.7 in it now. Is this a bolt in swap?
Thanks,
Bill

the block is, but the heads and intake are probably different. he'd have to use the heads and intake off the 96 motor.

Why would he have to change the heads and intake, this is a complete 383 Stroker he wants to put in the car?

if he planned to use the stock intake he would need to change heads and stuff. otherwise, if he's not using the stock intake, then he should be fine. it'll bolt right in.

He is going to use the Intake on the motor I am selling him. He will have to get a carb and distributor and all the accessories he needs. Thanks for the input, I know this guy will be happy as will I to sell this thing.
