1991 Sprint Help

My sprint isn't getting any power. I tried bypassing the battery but the starter wont fire and the electronics don't turn on. Help?

you posted this is the wrong spot. make sure if you have a volt meter hooked up that it is not broke. if the volt meter is bad the rest will not get any power.
