my 1992 chevy truck 350 the wiring to the fuel tank got burnt against the exhaust and shut the truck down i check the fuses and they were good i fixed the burnt wires changed the fuel pump and relay and still dont get no fuel i can put fuel in the carb and it starts but the fuel pump isnt kicking on what could be the problem

 

i dont believe the pump is getting power and i know the ground is good

 

Double check the wiring, something is still wrong.
