Default 1994 454 Suburban - Head Sensor?

Hi all, my first post on the forum...

I've got a 1994 K2500 Suburban with a 454. I recently replaced the exhaust manifolds and managed to break a driver's side sensor in the head. It has one lead going to it (not shown in the picture due to the damage). Is this a coolant sensor of some type? There is an identical one on the pax side. Can anyone tell me what the proper name is for these? I've looked at many sources online and cannot seem to correctly identify the part.

Many thanks,

Pat Arnold

probably your coolant sensor, the one for the dash gauge. Here's a rockauto link. Note there are two sensors, one for gauge, one for ecu.

Search temperature sensor/sender
