1995 suburban hesitates at low rpm
I have a 1995 Chevy suburban k1500 LS 4x4 5.7L with TBI. When I am driving down the road slowly and barely have my foot on the gas pedal, it seems to hesitate and surge a bit. Almost like it will die. It starts up just fine and runs good when I floor it. It only seems to happen at low rpms. I have replaced the cap, rotor, fuel filter, spark plugs, EGR valve, cleaned the IAC, cleaned the throttle body, tested the Tps sensor (which read 0.498 volts at idle). I think the catalytic convertor is broken inside could this effect my EGR valve operation? Any other ideas? I appreciate the help in advance!

I forgot to add
I also ran my codes even though I didnt have a check engine light on and I came up with a code 54 1. fuel pump circuit fault or mixture control (M/C) solenoid fault or electronic control module (ECM) fault/EGR solenoid #2 failure (3.8L VIN1) 2. fuel pump relay
