Default 1998 C-1500, 5.0 vortec V-8

I'm noticing water leaking from the engine on the drivers side, looks about where the mainfold and head comes together between the fire wall and the motor. I can't really pin point the leak exactly, any idea on what the heck this could be. Motor has never run hot or nor has it been abused, I've put all 125000 miles on it myself.

Is it water or is it coolant that's leaking ??

If it's coolant you may have the infamous intake manifold gasket leak problem.

It is coolant, is there a corrective gasket made to repair the problem or do you have to make modifications.
