Unhappy 2000 chevrolet malibu no start after repair

Hello, I know this is a common problem with the 3.1's, but I think mine is different. I just replaced the head gaskets on my wifes malibu, the car started fine before i did the repair because I had drove it into the shop. the first thing I had done was disconnect the battery, and then went ahead stripping the car down to the block. everything went great when I put it all back together. I did have a fuel leak going into the fuel rail but I repaired it (I know there is a ton of fuel pressure there) I went to start the car and it just rolls and rolls. I pulled the codes and I got a lot of them. Data Link malfunctions, Loss of communications, and the regular passlock cylinder data incorrect code. as well as ignition key in circuit malfunction, ignition 3 input, data open/short to battery, invalid instrument panel cluster transmitted, and loss os serial communications for class 2???? no idea where these had come from.

I am getting spark as well and fuel to the rail. just seems like the injectors are not opening up. the car is reading 1/8 of a tank so I will put some more fuel into it, but I imagine there is lots.

someone please help me out my wife needs this car to get back and forth to work next week.

thanks
