Default 2000 chevy electrical problem

I have a 2000 chevy silverado 3dr ext cab 5.3l vortec.
I have recently had a problem with some electrical stuff.
Here is the issue.
Every time i hit the power window switches the following happens:
-The radio will turn off
-The gauges will turn off
-ABS light comes on
-Seat belt light comes one
-Any lights that are on will dim
-If the AC is on it will decrease the blowing power until i let off the window switches
-And the truck will at random put itself in 4wd and kill my gas mileage.

I recently went to the dealership as a last resort and had a diagnostic ran on my truck. The dealership told me it was the Body Control Module. So i replaced that and had it flashed at the dealer, but i am still have the exact same problem.

Please someone help me i do not know what to do anymore.

To tell you the truth, I don't know exactly what the problems is, but...
SO many of those difficult to diagnose problems are in some part, repaired by one going through the Grounds on your ride. Find um all (several) take apart, wire brush, tighten back good. That may help ?
