Default 2000 chevy express 3500 need help please

2000 chevy express 3500 need help please
My van been park for 2 years and i recently need it for work again. But i found coolant/water in th oil pan. I also had to replace the ignition cylinder at the same time. I just replace the spark plug drain oil refill with new oil. But the van will start then cut off immediately. The check gauge light is on. The security light is not on. Not sure what to do next.
please someone help. Need to fix this and low on cash for repair.

Concern would be how gummed up the fuel pump & filter are now. Maybe start by draining the tank, fill with fresh gas and change fuel filter. Good luck!
