Default 2000 Suburban No Rear Heat or Air

I have a 2000 Suburban LT 4wd. I recently purchased it 2 years ago, and since i boutght it the rear heat and air will not cut on. I have checked all the fuses, and have seen many videos on how to fix Tahoes with the same issue. I guess my question is do i need to start in the rear Hvac Computer Module area or Blower Motor area? I only ask because everything i have researched made a point to say 03-06 defaulted Module, and are usually in tahoes. I am not a Mechanic but know a little about cars and am trying to fix this problem myself. just looking for any answers before i go ripping into something all "***** Nilly." Also I am new to this whole Forum thing so I apologize in advance if i post something the wrong way. Thank you in advance and any help is much appreciated.

If the rest of the output is working fine, reach the motor and have it tested.
