2001 5.3 l suburban
I replace the oil pump lost oil pressure regained oil pressure with new pump .engine has a knock sounds like a rod knock removed oil pan checked all bearings look good but noticed about 30 or so needle bearings in the bottom of the oil pan any ideas???
