2001 venture fuel pressure regulator

2001 venture fuel pressure regulator
Does anyone know how difficult it is to change the Fuel Pressure regulator on a 2001 Venture. I am being quoted $430 and the part only costs $40. Is it labor intensive, or am I being taken to the cleaners???

i have a 99 cavalier and it is easy to get to
if u want to do it urself try buying a haynes manual which is about 15 bucks and buy the part and do it urself
beats over 400 bucks
