Default 2001 venture van

[&:] is their any way to pull error codes from the computer without having to buy a scan tool or taking it to a shop? i have a 1987 camareo and you can jump two terms on the diagnostic plug and get the codes, i also have a 1999 plymouth voyager and can get the codes by turning the key on and off 3 times within 5 or 10 seconds. is their any way like that on the 2001 venture van [&:]help[&:]

OBDII and III vehicles have to be cleared. I don't exactly know how you got codes by jumping a terminal.... you have to have a computer to interpret the electronic signal.
