Hello, i'm having problems with my 2002 express 5.7 engine that won't start. When i crank the engine, it cranks but cuts out with the dash flashing, cranks and flashes. When it's showing signs it will start it's as if only 1 or 2 cylinders are firing for 2 seconds.

I have spark from the coil wire going to the distributor cap. I don't use the truck very often. the cap, wire and spark plugs have 6000 Km on them but 4 years on them. I use the truck only to move stuff around so it sits for months on.
