I have a 2002 Impala that I purchased awhile back. As of now, it's having problems with the settings on the radio coming up. I hold the "DISP" until "settings" comes up, but then it won't let me scroll through the options, or it'll come up and disappear. Also, the interior lights keep flashing no matter what I do. I tried replacing the fuses but they keep flashing. I'm tired of trying to search on google for hours on end, so any help is appreciated. Thanks.
