My panel on the driver’s side that has the controls to roll up and down, lock/unlock does not work. How do I make it to work again?

 

Welcome from Florida. First check your fuses. Check for broken/damaged wires going to the door. You might have to replace the unit with the window and lock buttons. There is no magic answer, you have to check things out to find the cause of the problem.
