Default 2003 silverado wheel hub torque specs help

Hello everyone, I was changing the wheel hub on my trucks and needed to know a few things,
I have a 2003 chevy silverado extended cab 2wd and I was changing the front wheel hub assemblies and need to know what I should torque the three hub bolts to, because whwn I tightened I basically took a pipe to the end of a wrench and pulled down as hard as I could. Also the torque I should do on the brake braket bolts(also if I need to use locktite on the bracket bolts) and also the torque for the brake caliper themselves.
All of those bolts were tightened with a wrench with a long pipe attached and prob all overtightened, is that okay o the hub bolts and brake bolts or should I relossen them and torque to correct specs? Thank you!
