Default 2003 Suburban AC Help!!! Tried evertthing

First off let me say I am new to this forum. Actually second forum I've ever joined. This will probably be long. 2003 Z71 Suburban. I replaced all the ac components around 4-5 years ago. They have worked fine up until about a year ago. I don't drive it much during the summer except to church so it hasn't bothered me that much. Last year it would work for a couple hours driving down the highway and then the compressor would shut off. All the dash controls would still be on. Then randomly it would come back on when it wanted. Now the other day I drove 320 miles to Arkansas. On the way it was around 75-78 degrees outside. I never use the automatic feature so I'm not thinking any of the ambient temp sensors and the such wouldn't apply. I always set it to 60 to start and hit the recirculate button. Now it would freeze you to death (38-40 degrees with thermometer in vent) for 5 minutes. Then the compressor would cut off for exactly 9 minutes. Work exactly 5 then cut off exactly 9 all the way there. So on the way home it was around 84-89 degrees outside (not sure if this matters). It would run around 45 minutes and quit around 5 minutes. You could set your watch to this both times. So I get home and driving around town it works when it wants. On Tuesday last week it was around 92-95 outside. The high side read 245 and the low side read 45 with clutch engaged. I have stopped on the side of the road and made sure it isn't freezing up. I have replaced the cycling switch, high pressure switch, and the relay. Yesterday on the way home from church it quit. So when I got home I jumped the cycling switch and it came on. Not sure if thats relevant because it is new. I was intending on taping my gauges to the windshield and watching them while I drive but haven't gotten to yet. But when it works it will freeze you to death. So i'm not thinking its a compressor issue. I did check the wires at the compressor for rubbing issues some have had. Please any help would be appreciated. Thanks
