Default 2004 Chevy Suburban Z71 Flex fuel 5.3L

I just bought this in Florida and brought it to N.Y. Now that it's here I am getting an intermittent SES light. The codes are p0134 and p0157. I know they're 02 sensor codes but confused as to why it's intermittent.

02 sensors generate a voltage but they must reach a certain temperature to do so. they have a heater circuit to hasten the process. if the heater circuit fails...the codes set until the exhaust temp comes up to temp. once the exhaust is hot enough...the 02 sensors work normally.
check the 02 heater circuit fuses, check the 02 sensor wiring harnesses for visible breaks from the sensor to the where is connects to the wiring harness.
