Are you losing coolant by it hitting the ground or burning it? One thing I have found if it's overheating while sitting still but cools down when you're driving, could be a bad fan clutch. Also check between the radiator and condenser for debris. You won't see it from the front of the condenser, so look between them.

Dup,
How are you detecting the overheat...
Just by what the gauge says, or
are you seeing the reservoir burping ?

I'd take it by a Rad Shop, and have them "sniff" the headroom in the Radiator for fuel gas.

You also might stick an Analog Thermometer in the Cap Hole, just to check the accuracy of your elec gauge.

HA, that probably wouldn't happen all that often, but it's a good idea

we pull numerous radiators and clean them externally and the condensers usually aren't near as bad...doesn't seem to fit theory but i've seen it many times

need more details...when does it overheat? idling? driving? all the time or just sometimes?

I hate to be captain obvious, but is their air in the system?

Did the second flush bring the heat back?
