Default Wheel making squeaking sound.

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm in the right area but here goes. Today I noticed that my rear right wheel is making a rubber squeaking sound when driving. It only makes the sound when moving. I uploaded two separate videos on Youtube. One video was shot from inside of the car and one outside so that you can hear it. Not sure if this is a bearing issue? Also, the tires are pretty new just replaced less than 1 year ago. Please help.

Here are the two links below.

I have a 2004 Mazda MPV.

Well it tracks with speed. Look at the inside of the tire is it pooched out? Does the wheel track straight?

Pull the wheel.look at the brakes, suspension components. And most important, spin the bearing. Does it spin freely? Tight? Quiet? Noisey?
