2006 Chv Equinox - How to adjust windshield washer nozzle spray angle

I have a 2006 Chevrolet Equinox and am trying to adjust the spray angle of the windshield washer. Tried a needle but no success. Plenty of flow through nozzle, just pointed too low.

Have these been replaced? If so, is this aftermarket? The adjustment on the pintels is just tighten them down, gently.
