My 2008 Chevy Express has a problem only when it is hot out, sometimes the van wont start, almost like there is no power to the van, after removing the battery cables and then reconnecting it will start up, again it doesn't happen all the time, only happens occasionally and only when it is hot out, any suggestions on what might be wrong, we have changed out the starter twice now and that did not solve the issue.
