Hello sports fans!,
I'm looking for help on a couple of issues on a 2009 suburban I just purchased.

My second row seat does not unlatch from the rear hooks. I can pull the trim on inboard side and see that the cabels and latches seem to move ok. I have not figured out the outboard side yet as the lever does not just pull off. I've tried to move the latches with a screwdriver as I held the lever, but no luck there.
I guess I need to know the trick to pulling the seat lever on the outboard side without destroying it.
Another issue is that I can not seem to cancel the "curb view" feature on the outside mirrors. They rotate down when I use the key fob to unlock the doors and do not return to where they are supposed to be when I put it in drive. I have selected " off" on the menu, but they still rotate.
