Hello.

I have have been having and radio and speaker issues for a few months, My factory radio turns on but is stuck on one station and there is no sound coming from the speakers. Initially, the radio worked but the speakers would intermittently lose sound and there would be a crackling sound. Now, the radio turns on but is stuck on the first station (cannot change the station) and there is no sound at all from the speakers. Also, I have an active account with OnStar but can no longer hear any sound through the speakers when I activate a call. Does anyone have any idea what's going on??? (radio and speakers are factory installed.)
