Default 2010 Express 1500 transmission problem

2010 Chevrolet Express 1500 4.3L V6 automatic base with 101,347 miles.
On 1/16/16 I brought my van into Sears Auto Center UTC for a transmission fluid exchange/flush, two new trans filters, and a new serpentine belt. Yes the store has bad reviews, but I'm broke and I have a credit card there. The transmission was running perfect when I brought it into the shop. I do not tow or haul excessive heavy loads. The van ran fine for about 50 miles after the service. At about 100-150 miles after the service, the transmission was slipping, smells like burnt oil, and will not shift into 3rd or 4th gear. 1st and 2nd gear are ok, but the engine revs and revs but doesn't engage into 3rd or 4th gear. The trans is acting like it has a fried 3-4 clutch pack.

My question is, could this happen if sears put the wrong trans fluid in?

*I'll also note, I personally installed new spark plugs and wires about 100 miles after the service. When installing one of the wires, the metal connector to the spark plug slipped up beyond the boot. I left the spark plug out of the engine with the boot on to see if it was getting a spark. When i went to start the engine, I received a really good shock. I used a screwdriver to push back the metal connector and it did not shock me after that. Could I have blown one of the O2 sensor fuses thus making the trans run like this?

I drove the van back to sears on 1/27/16. My van is sitting in the lot waiting for their trans specialist to see it on 1/29/16.
