Default 2011 suburban going haywire

Got a 2011 suburban 1500 LTZ last night while parked and engine on I switched from low beam to high beam on headlights and everything went crazy gauge cluster was sporadic radio went off then today while driving I switched fro low to high beam to see if it would do it and it did again, so I turned engine off and it wouldn't do nothing like the battery was dead. After a few mins of sitting I put key in and everything was working again. Sorry for long post just need some help.

Hey Hjjackson,

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing concerns with your Suburban. Please send your VIN, contact information, and current mileage so I can check for any open service announcements that may relate to this vehicle concern. I can also reach out to the dealership on your behalf to set up an appointment for diagnosis, if you have not already. Let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns. I am always happy to help!
