2012 Equinox LT AWD- Stabilitrac -engine power reduced
2012 Chevy Equinox LT v6 AWD 56,000 miles
I have had lack of power with a misfire in my 2012 Chevy Equinox for a few years. When I took it the the dealer in my local area of course I get we can not duplicate the error. I had it in a few times for the same error and still no answers, for the check engine light coming on. Now today the check engine light along with Stabilitrac light. The car has been misfiring and loss of power. The problem is getting really bad and I think it will cause an accident if I loss power on the highway. This problem has been going on since I purchased the car and no answers as to what it needs to be fixed and to top it off what ever is wrong since they couldn't find it when it was under warranty now I will have to pay out of pocket. So upseting.

Twice! There is something wrong with the stabilitrak system. Search online. It's a real problem. I would never advise anyone to buy a GM car after this experience (and I've had 4 GM trucks in a row).
