2013 Sub. front brake caliber

Just joined the site, looks great.
I have a 2013 LS 1500 with 135K. Front right caliber is sticking, wheel gets hot to the touch. I replaced brake pads about 11K ago. Anything I need to know about R/R the front caliber??
