2015 equinox

My carpets up front are both soaked! Just made 4th payment and mad that my carpets are soaked, and fan in dash board squealing.... anyone else have this problem! I left Ford and Chrysler because of continuous car issues, please tell me if anyone can tell me what is leaking in my car???
