Hello I have a new 2016 Chevy High Country and for the first two months my XM worked great. I did not use it for one week (Vacation) since I have come back it works 5 min. in about every hour. Took it to the dealer they sat in the parking lot and noted on the shop ticket it worked just fine. I called them back and said that is total BS, I took a video driving for 30 min and took it in to show them. They said sorry don't know what we can do at this point.
Now I guess I have to figure it out, can you install an aftermarket antenna on the radio? Where is the XM box? Or question Could the metallic paint on the GM antenna block the signal?
