Default 2016 Silverado 1500

my Silverado is back in for a problem that is safety and drivability problem. In reverse the steering wheel gets yanked from my hands, the stabiltrak light comes on, the airbag light comes on, audible alarms go on and the radio shuts off. If I let go of the wheel everything goes back to normal until I try to steer again and it does it again. Problem is it does not occur every time. First time back to dealership they replaced a steering sensor. That lasted 3 weeks and the same problem returned. It's in again now. My state has a 3 strike lemon law. I love the truck but this problem is a serious concern. Anyone know how to fix this??? 2016 1500 Silverado extended cab, ltz 4wd. Thanks!!!
