All other codes cleared but this one. Back story, put battery and alternator in vehicle about 6 months ago. Vehicle was also having issues with dying while I was pumping gas. Changed fuel pump. About 3 weeks ago, vehicle started up, all lights on dash started flashing, pulled vehicle back into driveway, and it died. Had to jump it off 2 times to get it home roughly 10 miles. Vehicle won’t start without a jump. P0513 code for ECM won’t clear. Thought maybe a wire harness issue but just not sure at this point, charging system error or malfunctioning?
