Default 305 v8 valve seal replacement! help!!!

1993 Caprice Classic LS
V8 305 TBI
156,000+ miles

I have a trail of bluish smoke wherever I go, started out only on start ups, now it's 85% the time while car is running. I've been told it's my valve seals are leaking. How much are the parts to replace the valve seals? Or would it be better to get a full gaskets set and replace everything while the motor is tore down? Does full gasket kits come with valve seals? I mainly just won't the trail of smoke gone, is there some other to stop the smoke rather than taking the motor apart? Big thanks to anyone who can help!!!

Like 'old dog' said go for the valve seals. But all the time? Is there a loss of power? If so, dig a little deeper.

No loss of power, car stills has get up n go for what it is. How much are valve seals? Since I'm already in the motor, should I replace all the gAskets such as head gaskets? Basically hw much I'm looking to spend total considering labor gonna run me $60 per hour? Thanks u both for ya help !!!

Valve seals are probably less than twenty bucks. With the right tools you can do it in about...four hours. You don't have to remove the heads.

If it's not leaking antifreeze or oil from the heads leave them alone.

Also it all depends one what your final intentions are.
