Default 350 running hot

Hi,
I've got a cammed out 350sbi in my 89 camero that runs at 200-230. It's got a good rad with full shroud, water pumps good, thermostats good, fan clutch seems to be fine. I've got the temp sensor in the top of the manifold. Just idling it usually stays around 200, when you start diving it goes right up to 230 or worse if you going under 40km/h
Mabe just a falty temp sensor?
Thanks

Does it have a/c? If it does, and you are running the a/c, your clutch fan should be rated for that. There can be more than one for cars with or without a/c. History on the clutch fan?

My opinion, you should see if the temp gauge is correct
