Default 350 Small Block, Need to move fan to crank shaft instead of water pump

Hey guys. My father is looking for a kit that he heard you can purchase online that lets you mount the fan on the crank pulley instead of the water pump. His radiator sits too low for the normal setup to work.

Any help in locating this kit would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

I have to agree with electric fan myself. Fabricating a pulley or kit would still require a shroud.
