Default 350cu tchirping noise ?? Please help

My name is Christophe and I'm from Belgium.
I imported a 67 caprice from california,

Today it started making a weird noise. can someone help me identify?
I'm a newb and all the help would be appreciated!

it started right after I refilled the powersteering pump which was dry (I have a leak)
Steering started to feel stiff, so I refilled the powersteering unit, it steers smooth again;

Could be power steering , I'd recommend not overfilling it, and work the steering wheel side to side with the pump cap on, but loose. That will purge the air out of the system. Yes it does sound like a power steering issue. I also noticed in your video , seems (this is just looking at you video, and might be optical illusion) the alternator belt is not running true alignment with the engine. In other words, it LOOKS like the alternator pulley is not aligned with the engine pulley. That is an easy fix.

Thats great, I'll look into that.

yeah i just filled it up, put the cap and drove op and down the street.
I'll do what you said to try and get possible air out.

I'll check the alternator belt, it does squeal a bit when I start it up.

thanks for the quick reply!

I read you had this car imported from California, could have been some of the fluids were drained for that, I'd suggest check all fluid levels, congratulations!

we drove the car to the shipping yard and left the fluids in.
I got it december 2016 and we overhauled the suspension, interior, trunk and electrical, we didn't touch the engine since it was good driving car.
we did notice the power steering leak and I just didn't check it in time.

By the way you advice helped! thank you!
