Default 355 vortec cam selection

Ok guys. New to joining but learned a lot off these forums. This is my first motor build. Need some help on cam selection. Called a few places and I'm getting nowhere. Here is the list of parts that I have already.

350 4 bolt main bored 40 over
Dished pistons
Stock vortec heads (906 casting)
Air gap intake
Holley 650 DP
700r4 trans (has a stall but don't know the specs)
3.54 rearend

This is going in a 75 280z. I'm guessing weight to be around 2700 with the added weight of the small block. I know with the stock heads my cam selection is limited. I've also read where a can use beehive springs for another approx 100 in lift. What you guys think? I'm not trying to break any world record with this car but I want to have fun and do it right the first time. Its not going to be a daily but reliability is a must for cruising with a few trips to the strip throughout the year. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
