Default 383 stroker

I'm building a 383. I'm looking into getting heads soon, the problem is what heads would be good for torque. Keep in mind I'm building a crawler out of my 86 k5. Just picked up 1 ton axles to throw under it too. I'm going to be running 5.13 gearing, might go to 5.38, and 43 inches of rubber. So again my question is, any input on a good set of heads to run for the most torque. budget isn't a big problem, not looking to spend more than 2000 though.
