Default 383 Stroker

I am wanting to build a 383 stroker. I have some building experience but only some. Enough to build an engine.
I am building this engine for dirt track racing.
I have a 2 piece RMS. 2 bolt Main. I am looking for torque and want the power band around 4000 to 5000 rpm. I will be running late model tires ( 12 to 13 inches wide).
What 383 kit would be recommended ( scat- eagle- etc. )
i have a set of 882 heads and a set of vortex heads with z28 springs. I have aluminum intakes or steel.
Holley 4412 carb 500 cfm
i have no idea what cam to run or what lift will fit. Just looking for some advise.

Crane cams are the best IMO.

Default 383 stroker

How hard would it be to put a 383 stroker in a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado with the 5.3 in it?
