Default 427 build speed demon question

Currently building a chevy 427 with 9:5-1 comp oval ports. It will have a Edel. rpm airgap intake, headers. Cam has 250 advertised with 245 at.50 and 540 total lift. 16 degrees inital timing with a total 36 at 2800 rpms. Msd billet distributor. Manual trans. I have a Speed Demon 750 with Vacuum secondaries and was told I needed speed demon 750 with mechanical secondaries. Is there a way to setup and use my current carb to work with this app. If so, what would be a good baseline setting for the carb( power valve, jets etc).On a tight budget

sounds like someone told you their opinion, not fact. vacuum secondaries is fine. just hook it up to vacuum source on manifold.
