Hi Chevy forum. I'm new to the forum. Love Chevys and gmc. I recently picked up a 1992 Chevy caprice 305 Tbi. Motor has really low miles. So I have been looking at ways on molding it. I would like to make it look like a Impala as. Now I have watch people mod a 305 Tbi time and time again. Seen a guy even use a 454 Tbi and get it installed but ran horrible. Now on that note.

Can I use a 454 Tbi with a fuel pressure regulator to make the fuel air ratio richer and get more power?

And should I use the stock 305 350 injectors?

Unless you make major improvements inside the engine and reprogram the computer, leave it alone. The other guy`s 454 tbi didn`t run because the air/fuel mixture wasn`t right.
